Spirulina to treat the deficit diet

A nutrient-deficient diet can put our health at risk.

Others raise it and conclude their essays by stating that it is << a large-scale nutritional supplement >>, like this project [5] carried out in India: During a year, 5,000 preschoolers who showed vitamin A deficiency consumed 1 gram of Spirulina maxima a day, sufficient quantity to raise the levels of this vitamin in the children who participated in the program and to avoid blindness and other problems derived from the lack of vitamin A.

With these discoveries we find in Spirulina a solution to ensure, along with a healthy diet, all the nutrients that our body needs.
